In 1955 a group of Porsche
enthusiasts started the Porsche Owners Club. In the early years it was the "Giant
Killer" Model 356 that fueled their passion. Typical events were beer runs, rallyes
and competitive autocrosses on local parking lots with cones to guide you through
the course. Flash-forward to today and the 356 has been joined by an impressive
lineage of sports cars from Porsche and today the POC runs on real race tracks.
