Please contact the Chief Driving Instructor prior to the event in which you wish to be re-certified.

MEDICAL FORMS:

Medical forms are valid for two years. If your license level requires a medical, your form on file at the Club office must bear a date of or later. A medical form is enclosed, if needed.

PREPARED & “V” CAR CLASSIFICATION SHEETS:

Failure to have a Points sheet on file with the club office may invalidate your Competition License, and disqualify you from competing in an event.

Your Competition Committee urges you to renew your competition package, beginning every new competition year. No renewals can be completed at an event. At every event you will be required to show a current Membership Card, a current qualified License for the highest class of event in which you want to compete, and where required, a Vehicle and Drivers Log Book. Also, you must have filed with the Competition Committee a current Points Summary Sheet for all Prepared and V car classifications. These items will be checked thoroughly at each event. Save yourself a lot of time and frustration by completing these requirements before your first event.
